I recently stayed at a hotel in Guayaquil for 3 nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, helping me find the perfect, quiet room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They even upgraded us to a bigger room and provided free coffee and water. The location was great, with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel also arranged a reliable taxi for our early morning airport transfer. a very satisfactory experience.
I totally recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was open for just one month. Everything was nice and clean. The gym does not mean anything. The hotel staff is great! Food and service are good.

The most best experience was the food they offer at their menu and also their breakfast buffet that they serving every morning at their restaurant. And everything also the interior design at the hotel is very spectacular and interesting. I would recommend to this hotel to anyone along or with a family is very joyfulness.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was incredibly convenient. It was conveniently close to the airport, which made getting to and from the hotel a breeze. Additionally, it was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and do in the area. I loved being able to explore the city and enjoy the nearby parks without having to go too far. The fact that it was near to the river was an added bonus, as it offered beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.
All in all, everything was more than okay.

Th suit-room was very spacious, modern and comfortable.
Not all the installations work properly and were clearly marked for the guests, I guess because it´s a new hotel. Reception was very slow: in the morning when I was doing check-out there was just 1 person there to attend, so he made a queue of 5 people, many of whom left without being help cause they didn´t want to wait any more.

The hotel is the only brand new hotel in Guayaquil opened Sep 2011. It is decorated with art sculptures and paintings throughout. Bed and bathroom are excellent. Breakfast was good, location is good and staff are willing to help for every matter.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. We had all the amenities we needed, including a TV, fridge, and excellent WiFi. The bathroom was well-appointed with free toiletries and a powerful shower. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient, just a short taxi ride away from the airport/bus station. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel during our stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the amenities and attractions in the area. We were able to walk to the riverside and the university district in just a short distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and willing to help. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a charming touch with the unique artwork displayed throughout the hotel. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail at this place.
